ResolveCart AI ("we", "us") provides an AI customer support agent for Shopify brands. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

  • Account data: name, email, and authentication credentials for merchants who sign up.
  • Shopify data: orders, fulfillment, tracking, customer profile, products, and your store's policies.
  • Support content: tickets, customer messages, and AI responses generated through the service.
  • Usage data: logs, device info, and analytics events used to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use data

We use data to provide the service, generate AI responses, route escalations, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.

4. AI and model training

Your store and customer data is not used to train public AI models. Model providers process inputs only to generate the response and are bound by data-processing agreements.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of sub-processors for hosting, AI inference, email, and analytics. A current list is available on request.

6. Retention

We retain merchant account data for the life of the account and for a limited period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. Customer support data follows your store's retention settings.
