Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ResolveCart AI provided by AngieKai Ventures. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

ResolveCart AI is an AI customer support tool for Shopify merchants. You may use it only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may update, improve, or modify features of the service at our discretion.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

ResolveCart AI is sold on a subscription basis. New accounts may start a free trial. After the trial, your selected plan is billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Payments are processed by Stripe (including Lovable-managed Stripe accounts).

ResolveCart AI uses AI to draft and send responses based on your store's data and configured policies. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for configuring the agent, reviewing its automation settings, and ensuring outputs are appropriate before they reach your customers.

You remain solely responsible for the customer support provided to your customers, including refunds, returns, shipping decisions, product information, and compliance with consumer protection laws. ResolveCart AI is a tool that assists your operations; it does not substitute for your obligations to your customers.

Use of Shopify-connected features is subject to Shopify's own terms and API policies. You authorize us to access and process data from your Shopify store on your behalf as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify account and any third-party app permissions you grant.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or third-party rights
• Send spam, harass customers, or send deceptive communications
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Upload malicious code or attempt to access other accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by AngieKai Venturesand its licensors. You retain ownership of your store content, customer data, and support content. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngieKai Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of that period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the competent courts located in the State of Maryland, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
