Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ResolveCart AI you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

ResolveCart AI provides an AI-powered customer support agent that connects to your Shopify store and helps resolve common support tickets. We may update or improve the service over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Fees & trial

New accounts may start a 14-day free trial. After the trial you'll be billed monthly per plan. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI output

AI responses are generated based on your store policies and Shopify data. While we work hard to make them accurate, you are responsible for reviewing automation settings and any responses sent to your customers.

7. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
